We offer short, free appointments with one of our experts to discuss your needs. This is very helpful if you’re not decided on what is best/will fit/be most comfy!
How to arrange a postal hire
Please create a hire account with up-to-date card details, make your choice of carrier via our catalogue, then pick the dates you need. (Don’t forget to include the extra days it may takes to post and return!) Let us know you wish it to be posted.
We send our hires via Royal Mail tracked and insured services to ensure your carrier arrives in good time.

Hire fees
The standard hire fees for most slings/carriers are £7.50 per week or £22.50 for 4 weeks. (The daily rate is £1.50, charged for overdue items until renewed or returned.)
Coats are £10 per week and £30 for 4 weeks. The daily rate is £2.
Stretchy wraps, Close Caboos and small accessories (eg carrier covers) are £5 per week or £15 for 4 weeks. The daily rate is £1.

Postage and packaging fees
Delivery to you is usually via Royal Mail Tracked 24 which is charged to you at £5 (inc VAT) per item.
Returning Hired Items
Please post your hired items back to us to arrive on the due date or within one working day as late carriers will be charged hire fees at the daily rate. Any losses in the post before they return to us will be at your cost, so we recommend you that return your hired items via an insured and tracked service from a reputable company to ensure they are fully insured and will arrive quickly.
