Wheelchair Users (and therefore buggy friendly too!)
The Snug is fully accessible for wheelchair users, as there is direct access with no steps from the street.
Visual/Hearing Impairments
Rosie is deaf herself (she lipreads) so all her carrier videos are silent, focusing on good (and slow) demonstration technique. Many are annotated/captioned.
Harriet has made some audio files for those with visual impairments.
